Construct, Inc. has been a California Licensed Contractor since 2003 and a North Dakota licensed contractor since 2013. Licenses previously held in California (1985-1996) and Nevada (1990-1994). Family owned and operated company, with close attention to detail, and personalized service.

 

Bernard Reeder, President of Construct, Incorporated has an extensive 44 year multi-level construction career building in excess of 900 residential homes from entry level production homes to custom estates.  Bernard Reeder has also been involved in numerous office buildings, medical buildings, strip retail projects and condo conversions. He was a prominent builder in Nebraska in the 70's and 80's, then again in the late 90's and early 2000's. 

 

David Reeder, Vice President of Construct, Incorporated has been part of the family business since 2000, and is in charge of operations and construction. He started working for Bernard straight out of college, and has a hands on approach to everything he builds. Highlights include, high end homes in Rancho Sante Fe, semi-custom tract in San Marcos, several beach side projects, a remodel/addition in San Marcos and homes in Fallbrook.

 

Bernard and David also built, owned and operated 2 extended stay motels in the oil fields of North Dakota, and an underground boring company in Minnesota. Other projects not shown are lot development in Fallbrook, Temecula and French Valley. 

 

We keep our company small so we have a personal relationship with all of our customers. Trish Reeder and Michelle Reeder are also part of the office staff.
